Princess Victoria zu Salm-Salm presents the new release from Prinz Salm. The nose is dominated by green apple, lime zest, and crisp pear, flanked by herbs and a hint of tonic bitterness. The acidity cuts like a freshly sharpened knife, and the perlage carries and extends the wine. Green apple, citrus zest, and tart herbs run through the taste, dry, clean, and with a long, mouth-watering finish.
