Since its founding in 1971 by David and Ginny Adelsheim, the winery has become synonymous with terroir excellence and wine passion. As a family business guided by a clear focus on sustainability, Adelsheim combines oenological expertise with modern environmental responsibility. The vineyards extend over 80 hectares in the idyllic Chehalem Mountains, where volcanic soils and microclimates enable exceptional diversity. The Adelsheim family - the first winemakers in the Chehalem Mountains - emphasizes not only the importance of environmentally friendly wine production, but also social responsibility. Adelsheim Vineyard is proud to give back to the community and supports sustainable projects and charitable initiatives. Every sip of Adelsheim wine tells the story of a wine legend, grown from a pioneering spirit and a deep respect for the environment.

An ecological footprint that makes the enjoyment of every sip even more valuable. The management of LIVE (Low Intervention Vinculture & Enology) certified vineyards is almost a matter of course.

Over 50 additives can be used in wine production, none of which have to be listed on the label. Mass-produced and cheap wines are flooding the market with artificially produced smells, appearances and tastes. The security of holding an HONEST product in your hand is therefore our top priority.
