The Riesling from the Dalberger Ritterlhölle shines in a bright yellow with fine green reflections.
On the nose we encounter intensely spicy aromas with nuances of peach, apple, flowers and also mineral notes.
On the palate, the Dalberger Ritterhölle is elegant and polished. A piquant and fine acidity underlines a wonderful minerality. The juicy fruit is reflected in a decent length. A trace of vanilla breaks through in the finish and gives the wine a noble shine.
This Riesling was matured exclusively in stainless steel. The vines at the Dalberger Ritterhölle are 31 years old. The wine is already opulent and complex. If we wait a few more years of bottle aging, we can expect even greater results.
