The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity. A business entity is a natural or legal person, or a legal partnership, that acts in the exercise of its trade, business, or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.
The purchase contract is concluded with Grape Agents GmbH.
By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is formed when you accept the offer by clicking the order button for the products in your shopping cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details along with our terms and conditions in text form. You can access the contract text in your customer login area.
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders over 100 EUR including VAT.
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the order process. You also have the option to pick up your order at Grape Agents GmbH, Blumenstr. 22/1, 71522 Backnang, Germany, during our business hours (see website). We do not deliver to parcel stations.
The prices applicable at the time of the order shall apply. These are total prices and include the applicable statutory VAT.
