This Pinot Noir seduces the nose with aromas of ripe cherries and pomegranates, accompanied by earthy notes such as leather and smoke. Subtle vanilla and caramel notes as well as spicy hints of cinnamon and pepper enrich the complex bouquet.
In the mouth, the wine is dry and full-bodied, with a balanced tannin structure. The red fruit aromas are accompanied by a gentle smoky note. The acidity is well integrated and provides freshness, while the long finish reveals peppery nuances.

The Künstler winery looks back on an eventful history that stretches back to the 17th century. After the family was expelled from South Moravia after the Second World War, Franz Künstler founded the winery in Hochheim am Main in 1956. Today it is run by his son Gunter Künstler, who continues his father's legacy with passion and a spirit of innovation. The winery now covers over 50 hectares, planted primarily with Riesling and Pinot Noir. Under Gunter Künstler's management, the winery has received numerous national and international awards. The combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern cellar technology makes it possible to produce wines of the highest quality that perfectly reflect the terroir of the Rheingau, including 8 VDP.Grosse Lagen. Innovation, sustainability and environmentally friendly cultivation methods are central components of the winery's philosophy and guarantee of Künstler's success.
