Dark plum with sweet spices.

The Red Icon presents itself in deep ruby red with garnet reflections, promising and impenetrable in its visual opulence.

Its bouquet unfolds a seductive blend of dark forest fruits, such as blackberries and black cherries, accompanied by delicate notes of chocolate, vanilla and a hint of spices.

On the palate, the wine presents itself with a silky texture. Intense aromas of plums and dark chocolate combine with gentle tannins to create an expressive taste experience.

This wine rested for 18 months in French oak barrels, which ensures its complex structure and the harmonious integration of aromas.

No detail is overlooked. For example, the valuable soil of the existing peach orchard was not bulldozed away, but each tree stump was individually removed before vines were planted. And the Syrah was planted where a cool airflow through a small gorge creates the perfect microclimate. The list of examples is endless.
