Deep dark ruby red with purple reflections, clear at the core, almost opaque in the center, the rim slightly garnet-shimmering and vibrant. The viscosity indicates good extract and ripeness; the eye lingers on the color, which is rich and present.
The nose is characterized by dark berries, black cherry and blackberry, underpinned by peppery Syrah notes and a subtly smoky, woody spice from the aging process, plus mineral nuances and a hint of ripe plum, all carried by confident depth.
On the palate, this wine is silky and smooth, with ripe tannins. The taste of black fruits and a subtle oakiness unfolds harmoniously.
The grapes are carefully selected and grown under strict criteria. The blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon underlines the craftsmanship. This wine is aged in oak barrels to intensify its complexity.

No detail is overlooked. For example, the valuable soil of the existing peach orchard was not bulldozed away, but each tree stump was individually removed before vines were planted. And the Syrah was planted where a cool airflow through a small gorge creates the perfect microclimate. The list of examples is endless.
