On the palate, Matilda Riesling is mouth-filling without being too broad. Thanks to the low-acid structure, it is an enjoyable Riesling with plenty of freshness.
Matilda Riesling was matured in oak barrels like Pinot Blanc. A Riesling that simply never gets boring.
