Unparalleled Pinot Noir 2017

Unparalleled Pinot Noir
Unparalleled Pinot Noir

Complex cherry with earthy sage.
A brilliant ruby red with light violet reflections defines the appearance of this Pinot Noir. The clear, vibrant color indicates freshness and elegance, while the slightly translucent intensity reflects the typical Pinot Noir characteristics.
The nose reveals aromas of ripe cherries, strawberries and raspberries, complemented by subtle nuances of oak and vanilla. Earthy notes of forest floor and mushrooms as well as a hint of lavender and sage give the wine a complex, spicy depth.
On the palate, the wine is soft and velvety with well-integrated tannins. The balance between red fruits, spicy accents such as anise and the fine roasted aromas of the oak barrel creates a harmonious taste experience. The finish is long, fresh and elegant.
The Pinot Noir is grown in the Okanagan Valley under perfect conditions, where cool nights and warm days promote aromatic complexity. After being hand-picked, the wine matures for 15 months in French oak barrels, giving it depth, structure and subtle spice.
