Yield reduction, fermentation in steel tanks and the ripe fruit notes give this Sauvignon Blanc a remarkable power. The reductive development and the fine yeast storage give it a special depth.

Since Claudia Dorn could walk, she had been working in her parents' vineyard. Growing up in the family business is something that shapes and bonds people. But as a young woman, you might not immediately see yourself following in your parents' footsteps, which is why she decided to train as a nurse. But it wasn't long before Claudia realized what she was missing: the sun, the fresh air, the smell of the wine cellar and the craftsmanship... The rest is history and the founding of her own Sterneisen winery was just a matter of time. Today, Claudia Dorn is one of the most exciting young winemakers on the wine scene.
