In the mouth, the wine unfolds with impressive juiciness, accompanied by peppery nuances. The harmonious interplay ends in a long, lingering finish.
A full-bodied character is created by reducing the yield, selective hand-picking and 12 months of storage in French barriques. The grape varieties Pinotage, Lemberger, Syrah and Lagrein contribute to its uniqueness.

Since Claudia Dorn could walk, she had been working in her parents' vineyard. Growing up in the family business is something that shapes and bonds people. But as a young woman, you might not immediately see yourself following in your parents' footsteps, which is why she decided to train as a nurse. But it wasn't long before Claudia realized what she was missing: the sun, the fresh air, the smell of the wine cellar and the craftsmanship... The rest is history and the founding of her own Sterneisen winery was just a matter of time. Today, Claudia Dorn is one of the most exciting young winemakers on the wine scene.
