This rosé is produced using gentle pressing and precise temperature control during fermentation. It is aged in stainless steel tanks to best preserve its freshness and fruity aromas.

Since Claudia Dorn could walk, she had been working in her parents' vineyard. Growing up in the family business is something that shapes and bonds people. But as a young woman, you might not immediately see yourself following in your parents' footsteps, which is why she decided to train as a nurse. But it wasn't long before Claudia realized what she was missing: the sun, the fresh air, the smell of the wine cellar and the craftsmanship... The rest is history and the founding of her own Sterneisen winery was just a matter of time. Today, Claudia Dorn is one of the most exciting young winemakers on the wine scene.
