The encounter shimmers in bright golden yellow with clear green reflections.
Aromas of fresh quince, green pear, a hint of lime peel, freshly mown meadow, white and yellow flowers with honeydew melons flow through our noses.
On the palate it becomes clear that nothing is missing: the Riesling brings the freshness, the Silvaner the minerality, Pinot Blanc the melting quality and Sauvignon Blanc the exoticism. The fine and well-integrated sweetness flatters the quartet. The acidity dances elf-like and gives the cuvée a subtle freshness.
Nobody would have thought that this combination of grape varieties would work. But that is the advantage of the cuvée. Each grape variety has its own characteristics and its typical style. Together, they create a firework of scents and flavors.

Since Claudia Dorn could walk, she had been working in her parents' vineyard. Growing up in the family business is something that shapes and bonds people. But as a young woman, you might not immediately see yourself following in your parents' footsteps, which is why she decided to train as a nurse. But it wasn't long before Claudia realized what she was missing: the sun, the fresh air, the smell of the wine cellar and the craftsmanship... The rest is history and the founding of her own Sterneisen winery was just a matter of time. Today, Claudia Dorn is one of the most exciting young winemakers on the wine scene.
