La Charme
La Charme

White flowers with caramel brioche.
La Charme smiles charmingly at us from the glass, golden yellow with a slight amber shimmer.
The nose reveals fine spicy and woody notes with smoky vanilla, quince, white flowers, tobacco and also lime.
On the palate you can feel a light acidity in the background but especially a full structure and length in the foreground. Aromas of slightly caramelized and toasted brioche with acacia honey and soft butter. Oh là là! La Charme is a very balanced sparkling wine with a long, structured finish.
“La Charme” was born from the 2008 harvest, from the combined know-how of two generations. They worked together on the vinification in small individual oak barrels of each grape variety. It was the Pinot Meunier that proved to be the best: precise and uncompromising. Barrel aging with fine oxidation.
