No other winery demanded as much pioneering spirit and conviction from us as Dos Hemisferios. The wines convinced us so much that we endured the ups and downs of the import process. Normally, import processes are hardly worth mentioning, as goods are constantly shipped from A to B. But it was different in the case of Dos Hemisferios: Vioneers is de facto the first European company to import Ecuadorian wines. An absolute novelty. We cut through the jungle of Ecuadorian bureaucracy and crawled meter by meter through the dust of the South American high plateau's serenity. The path was long and uncertain – in the end, we look back and can say: every single step was worth it.
