The Felix Mayer Rosa Parks Rosé shines in a delicate, bright salmon pink with coral reflections. The clarity and brightness of the wine give it a youthful freshness and elegance that make it particularly appealing.
An intense bouquet of ripe strawberries, juicy raspberries and delicate floral notes pampers the nose. Fresh grapefruit and a hint of red currants round off the fruity-floral aromas with an invigorating lightness.
On the palate, the wine is lively and light. The well-integrated acidity harmonizes with a delicate fruit sweetness. Aromas of red berries and citrus fruits are accompanied by a hint of minerality, which supports an elegant, long finish.
The Merlot and Blauer Portugieser grape varieties combine to create a rosé full of character, shaped by the calcareous soils of the Palatinate. These provide freshness and structure. The gentle hand-picking and cool fermentation preserve the fruitiness and complexity
