    Carbonare Soave Classico

    je 100ml
    Weinbeschreibung

Fresh lemon with a delicate peach note.

The Inama Soave Classico is a clear, pale lemon yellow with light golden reflections. This color indicates its freshness and liveliness, while at the same time exuding elegance and sophistication.

On the nose, this Soave unfolds a complex bouquet of citrus notes, dominated by lemon and grapefruit, accompanied by fine peach and apple aromas. A subtle hint of minerals and light floral notes round off the aroma profile.

On the palate, the wine is dry with a refreshingly high acidity. The medium body offers a harmonious balance of lemon and pear aromas, supported by a creamy texture and a persistent, mineral finish.

This Soave is made from the native Garganega grape variety, which grows on volcanic soils in the renowned Soave Classico region. The gentle aging in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and purity of the fruit, which makes this wine special.

    Inama

Northern Italian family tradition and modern methods at the Inama volcanic winery.

Inama Azienda Agricola was founded in the 1960s by Giuseppe Inama, who began acquiring small plots of land in the Soave Classico, a region known for its unique volcanic soils. Today the estate extends over 30 hectares and is run by the third generation of the Inama family. Giuseppe recognized early on the potential of the region to produce exceptional wines that impress with their mineral and floral character.

The winery now grows both red and white grape varieties. Originally known for its white Soave wines, Inama expanded its portfolio to include Sauvignon Blanc and, in the 1990s, red varieties such as Carmenère and Merlot. The family places great importance on caring for the vines and treating nature with respect in order to reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir in the wine. Today, the winery is run by son Stefano and grandchildren, Matteo, Luca and Alessio, who continue his vision with passion and a spirit of innovation.
