Weinbeschreibung

Magical passion fruit with salty orange.

A bright lemon yellow with golden reflections shines in the glass. The wine shows an impressive clarity and brilliance that underlines its fresh and lively nature. A true feast for the eyes that arouses anticipation for the first sip.

The nose seduces with a complex bouquet of physalis, passion fruit, honeydew melon and candied pineapple. Complemented by notes of forest honey and a spicy component reminiscent of straw, a distinctive and multi-layered play of aromas is created.

On the palate, the wine is super dry and slightly oily. The mineral note harmonizes perfectly with hints of orange and salt. The taste confirms the nose, is powerful, complex and ends in a long, slightly bitter finish.

The wine is made from the Garganega grape variety, grown in the classic Soave Classico region. The careful vinification and commitment of the Inama family, who have been producing wines for three generations, guarantee exceptional quality and uniqueness.

Inama

Northern Italian family tradition and modern methods at the Inama volcanic winery.

Inama Azienda Agricola was founded in the 1960s by Giuseppe Inama, who began acquiring small plots of land in the Soave Classico, a region known for its unique volcanic soils. Today the estate extends over 30 hectares and is run by the third generation of the Inama family. Giuseppe recognized early on the potential of the region to produce exceptional wines that impress with their mineral and floral character.

The winery now grows both red and white grape varieties. Originally known for its white Soave wines, Inama expanded its portfolio to include Sauvignon Blanc and, in the 1990s, red varieties such as Carmenère and Merlot. The family places great importance on caring for the vines and treating nature with respect in order to reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir in the wine. Today, the winery is run by son Stefano and grandchildren, Matteo, Luca and Alessio, who continue his vision with passion and a spirit of innovation.
