On the palate, a velvety texture unfolds, accompanied by elegant notes of earthiness, fine pepper, cedar and a hint of vanilla.
This Pinot Noir comes from the Boulder Bluff Estate, was gently fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 28% of which were new.
