wine description

Fruity pepper with earthy complexity.

The Boulder Bluff Pinot Noir 2019 presents itself in deep ruby red with delicate violet nuances that emphasize its youthfulness.

The nose is caressed by intense red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by a subtle blend of blackberry, leather and spices.

On the palate, a velvety texture unfolds, accompanied by elegant notes of earthiness, fine pepper, cedar and a hint of vanilla.

This Pinot Noir comes from the Boulder Bluff Estate, was gently fermented and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels, 28% of which were new.

The Adelsheim family - the first winemakers in the Chehalem Mountains - emphasizes not only the importance of environmentally friendly wine production, but also social responsibility. Adelsheim Vineyard is proud to give back to the community and supports sustainable projects and charitable initiatives. Every sip of Adelsheim wine tells the story of a wine legend, grown from a pioneering spirit and a deep respect for the environment.
