    Pinot Blanc Am Zaum

    je 100ml
    Weinbeschreibung

    Citrus freshness meets mineral elegance.

The Malat Pinot Blanc Am Zaum shines in the glass in a bright golden yellow with fine silver reflections. The clear and vibrant color underscores its youth and freshness, while the medium viscosity indicates an elegant wine.

The bouquet entices with fresh aromas of lemon and lime, accompanied by ripe peach and floral nuances. Earthy notes of mushroom and a subtle spiciness, complemented by a hint of butter, lend depth and complexity to the fragrance.

On the palate, the wine is lively and harmonious, with a balanced acidity and fine minerality. The fruity citrus and peach notes combine with a delicate hint of oak, giving the wine a long, fresh finish.

This Pinot Blanc thrives on the mineral-rich loess and limestone soils of the Kremstal. The cool climate ensures slow ripening, which enhances the aromatic complexity. Maturation in stainless steel tanks preserves freshness, while a small portion aged in wooden barrels supports the structure.
