    Dorset Crémant

    je 100ml
    Weinbeschreibung

Creamy green apple with mineral lemon.

The Dorset Crémant NV presents itself in a bright gold tone with fine and persistent bubbles that radiate a lively elegance in the glass.

Aromas of green apple and pear dance harmoniously with notes of lemon and a hint of creamy yeast, giving the bouquet a seductive complexity.

A refreshing lightness unfolds in the mouth, accompanied by a fine, persistent perlage. The taste combines the freshness of citrus fruits with the depth of brioche and a touch of mineral refinement.

This Crémant is produced using the traditional method, with careful ageing on yeast producing the characteristic creaminess and complex aromatic structure.

    Bride Valley

Legendary champagne competition from across the English Channel.

Bride Valley Winery, founded by Steven Spurrier and his wife Bella in 1987, is a British winery that produces world-class sparkling wines and positions itself as a worthy competitor to Champagne. The unique chalky soils and similar climate to Champagne provide ideal conditions for growing classics. Steven Spurrier's impressive wine expertise and legacy, particularly his influence at the 1976 Judgment of Paris, shape Bride Valley wines. The 1976 Judgment of Paris was a historic blind tasting event in which Californian wines surprisingly outperformed prestigious French competitors, fundamentally changing the international recognition of Californian wines. This blind tasting was initiated by Steven Spurrier.
The tradition of quality and innovation continues, while Bride Valley, with its unique terroir conditions and wines full of character, has established itself firmly in the international wine world. After the death of Steven Spurrier, the company was taken over by his wife Bella. Together with a team of experts, the legendary Spurrier wines with and without bubbles are now grown on 10 hectares.
