The first nose is reminiscent of grandma's homemade raspberry jam, white flowers in the early summer wind and candied orange with a hint of lime.
This impression is supported by the wonderfully integrated acidity: subtle and citrusy. Summery fresh without being light-footed. The bottom line: fine, silky and fresh.
La Sereine is a cuvée made from three Champagne grape varieties: 35% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay.
Boutique winery par excellence
The 7 hectares of vineyards of Champagne JM Goulard are located in the foothills of the "Massif de Saint Thierry". Damien Goulard considers the vineyard to be his garden. On the seven hectares of the house, each individual plot is cultivated with care. As his grandfather taught him, he knows how to plough the land, loosen the soil and aerate it. He has the stamina to spend the whole day tying the antlers of the vines, because he knows how important a noble raw material is for the production of champagne.
