Berry-driven rosé with character.
Strong salmon pink with a copper shimmer – like the last ray of sunshine gliding over a late summer field. Clear and brilliant in the glass, with a depth of color that immediately reveals: there's more to this than just a "light rosé."
On the nose, juicy strawberries meet blackcurrants, accompanied by a peppery undertone and delicate herbal notes. The fruit appears ripe but not jammy, and is supported by a cool freshness reminiscent of the shade on a vineyard slope.
On the palate, almost red wine-like in texture – velvety, soft, with a rich core of dark forest fruit. The Cabernet contributes spice and structure, the Merlot roundness and juiciness. The acidity acts like a fresh gust of wind, keeping the wine vibrant.
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the Palatinate, aged in 500-liter tonneaux. The wood lends structure without dominating – more a fine backbone than a mere veneer. The combination of a robust varietal base and elegant rosé vinification makes this wine so exceptional.
