    Sauvignon Blanc Mathias

    je 100ml
    Weinbeschreibung

    Exotic mango with mineral peach.

The Sauvignon Blanc Mathias presents itself in a radiant, pale straw yellow, streaked with greenish reflections. Its clarity and vibrancy promise a visual experience.

The nose is pampered by intense aromas of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit, accompanied by subtle nuances of peach and a mineral freshness that invigorates the senses.

A lively freshness unfolds on the palate, accompanied by a balanced acid structure. The taste of ripe fruit, especially mango and peach, harmonizes with a light mineral note.

The Sauvignon Blanc Mathias was carefully aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit. A short period of aging on fine lees lends the wine additional complexity and texture.

    Tenuta Pfitscher

    Steep family affair.

The Pfitscher family can be wonderfully compared to their wines. Each has their own character, but they all have one thing in common: they are honest and straightforward. Together they pursue the goal of making “great” wines. The Pfitschers have been pursuing this goal for seven generations and the last three are currently at work. From Grandpa Alfred, who still helps out in the vineyard, to Dad Klaus, who continues to advise as cellar master, and Mom Monika, who holds the reins in the office, to the youngest generation: the three siblings Daniel, Hannes and Marion. The former is the brains for marketing and sales, Hannes has dedicated himself to the vineyard and winemaking and Marion is the organizational talent.
