The Riesling shines in a medium yellow. With fine green reflections it is visually very appealing.
On the nose we perceive strong aromas of apricot and citrus fruits. The bouquet is delicate with a hint of white flowers. Light mineral notes shimmer through a rich fruit.
On the palate, this Riesling is rather light and has a fine fruity taste. It is elegant and minerally, it is stimulating. Its well-integrated acidity makes it lively. The Riesling's aftertaste is delicately spicy and fresh.
The Riesling was matured in stainless steel tanks. The grapes come from two locations in the town of Bingen: Scharlachberg and Kirchberg.
