Fresh Riesling without twist.
In the glass, a clear, bright straw yellow with greenish reflections is revealed. The color appears deliberately light and fresh, without looking watery. The viscosity remains restrained, which visually already indicates a precise, tension-filled style with a focus on freshness.
On the nose we find the typical Riesling scent of yellow fruits (mirabelle, apricot and yellow apple). There are also aromas of freshly torn lemon zest and slightly ethereal herbs. A stimulating yeast note makes the mouth water.
This alcohol-free Riesling is very fresh and has a present acidity. The finish leaves a dry and pleasantly complex impression.
The alcohol is removed from the wine by vacuum evaporation. The boiling point of the alcohol is lowered by lowering the air pressure. In this way, the alcohol can be removed in several steps and the aromatic substances are retained.
