The Pinot Blanc from the Felix Mayer winery shines in the glass in a pale golden color with greenish reflections that reflect its freshness and liveliness.
On the nose, this Pinot Blanc unfolds delicate aromas of juicy pears, juicy honeydew melon, fresh apples and floral nuances. They are accompanied by a subtle minerality and a fine spicy note.
On the palate, the Pinot Blanc presents itself with a pleasantly lively acidity and a silky texture. The fruity aromas continue and are accompanied by a subtle note of almonds and croissants. A hint of citrus fruits gives the wine freshness and vitality.
The Pinot Blanc was carefully vinified from hand-picked grapes. Part of the wine matured in wooden barrels to give it a smooth, creamy texture and a subtle vanilla note. This aging gives the wine additional complexity and depth.
