Solideo

Ripe blackberries with liquorice and bitter cocoa
The Solideo (God alone) lies deep dark and almost mystical in the glass.
And immediately we are greeted by the scent of juicy ripe blackberries, the aromas of black liquorice and finely tart and earthy cocoa.
The Solideo is completed by pleasant roasted almond aromas and an elegant and long-lasting finish. It has medium-strong tannins that are perfectly integrated. A wine that becomes more fantastic with each passing year.
The Solideo was aged in barrique barrels for 24 months and is then stored in the bottle for an additional year before the aromatic fireworks leave the winery.
Dehesa de los Canonigos is one of the great historical estates of the Ribera del Duero and one of the best Tempranillo producers – and all without any “brand stickers”.
The most expensive red wines in Spain come from this region and are teeming with names that command hundreds of euros per bottle – Pingus, Vega Sicilia, Emilio Moro and many more These are the neighbors of Belen and Ivan, who now run Dehesa los Canonigos in the 5th generation. The two siblings form a perfect team. Belen's domain is the wine cellar, Ivan takes care of the management of the winery and the arable land that is also owned. Ivan is a small boss and proud Spaniard, but he supports his sister with devotion wherever and however he can. This results in world-class wines at a fair price, without an excessive "name premium".
