The Caiaffa Rosé Brut is a radiant, delicate rosé with fine, evenly rising bubbles. Its vibrant play of colors is reminiscent of summer strawberry fields and gives it an inviting freshness that appeals to the palate at first sight.
The bouquet seduces with intense notes of ripe strawberries and fresh cherries, accompanied by tangy accents of lemon peel and orange. A fine floral nuance of jasmine complements the fruity aromas and gives the wine additional elegance.
On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh with a perfectly balanced acidity. The fruit aromas are complemented by a hint of minerality and herbal notes, which gives the wine depth and structure. A harmonious, long finish rounds off the experience.
This wine is made from regional grape varieties using the traditional Charmat method. The vines thrive on the mineral-rich soils of the Mediterranean Puglia. This combination of terroir, craftsmanship and sustainability makes the wine a special discovery.
After completing his studies, the young Marco Caiaffa takes over his father's vineyards and converts everything to organic. His five siblings and millions of insects help him with his work.
After studying to become a winemaker, the young Marco Caiaffa has a vision. He wants to convert his father's vineyards to organic production and thus become a pioneer in his region. Until then, his father had sold his grapes to the local cooperative. Those days are over: Marco doesn't sell grapes, he sells his own aromatic wines. With his wines, he celebrates biodiversity like no other. For Marco, insects are the best indicator of biodiversity and successful organic viticulture. His labels are a tribute to them: fireflies, millipedes, dragonflies and many more... His five siblings support him in the vineyard and in the cellar. The whole Caiaffa family believes with Marco.
