Strawberryish fruit basket with fine mousseux.
In the glass, a pale, salmon-pink rosé, clear and brilliant, with a slight coppery reflection that promises depth. The perlage is fine and even, like tiny silver pearls ceaselessly rising. Visually, it appears precisely crafted yet inviting.
The nose offers a basket of red fruits: raspberries, sour cherries, and wild strawberries, flanked by hibiscus and lime blossoms. Subtle, tart nuances of cranberry and rosehip provide freshness and zest, while floral accents give the whole a fine, elegant framework.
On the palate, the fine mousse provides dancing lightness, while the fruit aromas unfold clearly and juicily. A finely tart phenolics gives structure and grip, while the freshness lingers long. The sparkling wine remains balanced between playful fruit and elegant austerity.
Cuvée of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Trollinger, and Muskattrollinger, all hand-picked. Traditional bottle fermentation, aged in wood and steel. Disgorged in November 2023. Pure craftsmanship – from the parcel to the glass with palpable care and precision.
