Crazy Creatures Grüner Veltliner 2024
Crazy Creatures Grüner Veltliner
Crazy Creatures Grüner Veltliner
Juicy lime with fruity herbs.
In the glass, a clear, pale yellow with greenish reflections is evident. The color appears fresh and lively, without being thin. The viscosity is moderate; the wine runs cleanly and calmly along the rim of the glass. Visually, it immediately conveys clarity, precision, and a cool, straightforward appearance.
On the nose, juicy lime clearly takes center stage, accompanied by grapefruit and fruity herbs. The citrus aromas are fresh and precise, underpinned by cool minerality. Everything remains clearly defined, without overripeness, with a crisp, very clean overall impression.
Lightly ethereal notes of herbs and wild plants are well integrated into the fantastic acid structure, which, accompanied by a slightly peppery spiciness, provides a decent finish.
There are 4 different labels with crazy creatures from the vineyard - the selection is random. The grapes were hand-picked and the wine was aged on fine lees in large wooden barrels for 3-5 months.
