    Fully ripe stone fruit with dried quince.

    White from the plots presents itself in a rich yellow with bright reflections.

    With joyful fruitiness, it smells of crumbly apple, dried quince and fully ripe yellow stone fruit with delicate citrus notes in the overtone range.

    On the palate it is juicy with jovial, expansive fruit, dry with a finely tart contour and a rapid drinking flow.

    The Cuvée Weiß has a driving beat with Riesling as the leitmotif, underpinned by the gentle, herbal-spicy bass of the Pinot Gris and the contouring nature of the Chardonnay.

    The Schwegler family controls the nutrition of the vines exclusively through the introduction of organic material, through species-rich sowing and a lot of manual work. This philosophy is consistently continued in the cellar: mostly made from natural wood, their wines are bottled untreated and unfined after a long barrel aging with minimal sulphur. With the 2019 vintage, they had their sustainable working methods in the vineyard, which they have been practicing for decades, certified.
