    Weinbeschreibung

    Juicy pear with crisp citrus.

Clear and precise in appearance: Bright golden yellow with silvery reflections, fine and lively effervescence. The foam forms a creamy ring at the rim of the glass; the visual first impression is cool, elegant, and precise – like a bespoke suit tailored from Champagne chalk.

On the nose, fresh yellow pear meets a hint of red currant. This is accompanied by a citrusy note of tangerine zest. Everything is very delicately interwoven, crystal clear and without loud notes – subtle, focused and with an elegant yeasty undertone.

Juicy and taut on the palate. Ripe apple fruit and a hint of brioche provide depth, while the cool acidity creates tension. Zero dosage, maximum precision – like a fruit knife with a silky edge. Dry, vibrant, pure.

Hand-picking, whole bunch pressing, traditional bottle fermentation with three years of lees aging, hand-riddled. The grapes come from calcium-rich terraces on the Göttweiger Berg – this results in structure, grip, and finesse. This sparkling wine is no accident but rather deliberate craftsmanship passed down through generations.
