Weinbeschreibung

Mineral peach with ripe lemon.

This Soave impresses with a bright straw-yellow core, interspersed with golden reflections. The clear and brilliant appearance indicates high quality and care in vinification, while the dense streaks suggest elegance and a rich body.

On the nose, the wine unfolds a multifaceted bouquet: notes of ripe apples, peaches and candied lemon blend harmoniously with hints of honey and mineral nuances. Subtle oak aromas such as vanilla and butter round off the sensory experience.

On the palate, the wine is creamy and dense, perfectly balanced between mineral freshness and fine acidity. Aromas of brioche, almond and a hint of fennel add depth and structure, while the elegant length of the finish is impressive.

This wine is made from Garganega grapes from the top Foscarino vineyard. Selective hand-picking and aging in a combination of steel tanks and wooden barrels give it an extraordinary complexity. The terroir of the volcanic soils shapes its unmistakable character.

Inama

Northern Italian family tradition and modern methods at the Inama volcanic winery.

Inama Azienda Agricola was founded in the 1960s by Giuseppe Inama, who began acquiring small plots of land in the Soave Classico, a region known for its unique volcanic soils. Today the estate extends over 30 hectares and is run by the third generation of the Inama family. Giuseppe recognized early on the potential of the region to produce exceptional wines that impress with their mineral and floral character.

The winery now grows both red and white grape varieties. Originally known for its white Soave wines, Inama expanded its portfolio to include Sauvignon Blanc and, in the 1990s, red varieties such as Carmenère and Merlot. The family places great importance on caring for the vines and treating nature with respect in order to reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir in the wine. Today, the winery is run by son Stefano and grandchildren, Matteo, Luca and Alessio, who continue his vision with passion and a spirit of innovation.
