Deep black cherry with spicy chocolate.
Beryl vibrates through the glass in a dense and bright purple color and has violet reflections.
The fully ripe color is reflected in rich notes of plums, black cherries, cardamom and black pepper. At the same time, there are notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and dark chocolate, as well as anise, leather and elderberry.
Its juicy fullness is coolly supported by youthful, tight-knit tannins, which accompany it with fruitiness in the delicately tart aftertaste. The soft and berry acidity, which is more reminiscent of a deep blackberry acidity in August, is well integrated and, underlined by the tannin, brings out the dark and spicy side of Beryl.
