    Brut Rosé Reserve

    je 100ml
    Weinbeschreibung

    Tangy strawberry and creamy raspberry.

In terms of color, the Brut Rosé Reserve presents itself in a subtle salmon hue, lively in the glass with a finely sparkling, persistent perlage that gently rises and captivates the eye; already here one senses the balance between elegance and richness of a classic rosé sparkling wine.

On the nose, the Brut Rosé Reserve is clear and focused, carried by vibrant strawberry and creamy raspberry. Behind this lie fine hints of fresh yeast and a touch of brioche, neatly interwoven and without any opulence, precise and calm, entirely in the style of classic bottle fermentation.

It has a pleasantly creamy taste, with hints of almond. A super mineral finish completes the taste.

An exceptional vintage sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir. The grapes are picked by hand and fermented in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. After fermentation in the bottle, the yeast remains in the bottle for a further 3 years. Only then is the sparkling wine finished and released for sale.

    Malat winery

For 300 years and ten generations: a family lives for honest top-quality wine that you drink and not just taste.

Winemaking was already practiced in the Krems Valley during the Roman Empire - the oldest archaeological finds were even found near the Malat winery. Not quite as old but still a lot: the winemaking tradition in the Malat family. 300 years of winemaking expertise now culminates in the 10th generation: "The diversity of our range reflects the long tradition and potential of our region," says Michael Malat. The local wines from Furth, as an entry into the range, provide a lot of drinking pleasure. Not too complicated, but honest quality. In the top segment, Riesling and Grüner Veltliner come from the first vineyards "Silberbichl" and "Gottschelle". With these wines, you can discover the complex terroir of the Krems Valley directly in the glass. And not to be neglected are the sparkling wines from the Malat house. Father Gerald produced Austria's first sparkling wine in 1976. Malat Brut was born.
