The orange Take-2 candy with candied ginger.

This Riesling is a taste of the new generation. The aromas are riper, more reductive and have more grip:

On the nose we perceive fruity citrus aromas: Take-2 candies, but the orange ones. Fresh orange with ripe grapefruit and jasmine blossom.

The aroma spectacle is rounded off by the note of candied ginger.

It was fermented spontaneously and unclarified, i.e. with its natural lees. Further barrel maturation took place in the classic Palatinate double-barrel and in a 500 liter tonneau. It's best to invest in several bottles at once: the drinking flow is so stimulating that 0.75 liters will not be enough.
