On the palate, the Merlot remains fragrant and slightly feminine. It brings with it a rounded warmth that is simply delicious in the interplay of aromas. Neither tannin nor acidity challenge the drinker to move away from the soft aromas.
The pure Merlot from Scharlachberg was aged for 16 months in barrique barrels and then bottled unfiltered.
