Juicy lime with peppery herbs.
The Grüner Veltliner shines in a juicy green-yellow color.
On the nose we encounter citrus aromas of lime and grapefruit.
Lightly ethereal notes of herbs and wild plants are well integrated into the fantastic acid structure, which, accompanied by a slightly peppery spiciness, provides a decent finish.
There are 4 different labels with crazy creatures from the vineyard - the selection is random. The grapes were hand-picked and the wine was aged on fine lees in large wooden barrels for 3-5 months.
