The 2021 Domaine Grains d'Estuaire Cuvée Emma presents itself in a deep ruby ​​red with violet reflections on the rim of the glass. Clear and shiny, its color intensity testifies to youth and liveliness.

Characterized by a rich palette of aromas, this Merlot combines notes of ripe blackberries, subtle hints of vanilla and fresh violets. A hint of damp earth and mineral components complement the bouquet.

On the palate, there is a harmonious balance between juicy fruitiness and structured tannins. Flavors of dark cherries and a fine pepper note lead to a long-lasting, velvety finish.

The Cuvée Emma 2021 underwent careful aging in French oak barrels, giving it a subtle woody note and complexity. This underlines the elegance of the Merlot without masking the fruit.
