wine description

Fresh strawberries dance with spicy toast.

The Schubert Marion's Vineyard 2013 presents itself in a deep ruby red, inviting and promising in the glass. Its color intensity testifies to concentration and maturity.

Seductive aromas of wild blackberries and cherries blend with subtle notes of red roses, accompanied by earthy spice and toast.

An elegant wine with soft tannins, dry and full-bodied. The flavor palette includes ripe strawberries, cherries and a subtle spicy note.

Marion's Vineyard 2013 was made with dedication and is a testament to masterful craftsmanship. It was aged in oak barrels, which give the wine finesse and structure.

In 1998, Kai emigrated to New Zealand with his partner Marion, who also became a winemaker. In Martinborough, in the very south of New Zealand's North Island, the two began planting vines on 14 hectares and realizing their dream of owning their own winery. In 2003, the first wines from Schubert Wines finally came onto the market. The success story begins...
