The Salm Weiß glitters in a light yellow color with silver reflections in the glass.
Its bouquet is intense, distinctive and deep. Floral notes give the main fruity character a noble touch. Gooseberries and ripe green apple dominate the stimulating experience.
The white Salm is very fresh on the palate. With a fine acidity, this wine has a characteristic structure that is not overloaded. The acidity is balanced by a subtle residual sweetness. On the palate, the stimulating fruit aromas of mango and honeydew melon are particularly pronounced. A light perlage sings songs of everlasting summer.
This cuvée of Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Scheurebe was matured in stainless steel tanks.
