Weinbeschreibung

Fruity blackberry with peppery licorice.

In the glass, the Lemberger appears in a bright ruby red, with violet reflections. This clear and brilliant color indicates freshness and elegance, while fine, gently flowing stained glass windows suggest a light but structured texture.

Fruity aromas of blackberry unfold on the nose, accompanied by a hint of pepper and liquorice. The spiciness harmonizes with the dark fruit and gives the wine a complex depth that radiates freshness and liveliness.

The wine is pleasantly light and yet expressive on the palate, with lively acidity and gentle tannins. Notes of dark berries and spicy accents combine to create a harmonious, fruity finish that combines elegance and balance.

The Lemberger grapes are grown in a natural way and selectively harvested before the wine is carefully vinified. The fresh, varietal fruit and the spicy note are the result of this precise vinification - an authentic expression of the Württemberg wine tradition.

The Knauß winery is located in Württemberg and has been family-run for generations. The wines reflect the regional identity and the special microclimate. Thanks to sustainable management and minimal intervention, wines are created that embody the terroir and tradition of the region.
