    Weinbeschreibung

    Fruity lemon with almond brioche.

The Bride Valley Blanc de Blancs 2018 is presented in brilliant crystal clear. Its vibrant light yellow with golden reflections is already visually tempting for a refreshing pleasure.

The nose is pampered by fruity citrus notes, especially lemon, and a subtle apple nuance. Fine hints of brioche and almond give a tantalizing aromatic depth.

A delicate fizz unfolds on the palate, accompanied by a refreshing hint of lemon. The fruity lightness harmonizes with a subtle minerality, while the racy acidity supports a lively finish.

The grapes for this 2018 Blanc de Blancs were harvested with the utmost precision and were carefully vinified. The wine was aged on the lees, giving it a fine brioche note and remarkable complexity.

    Bride Valley

Legendary champagne competition from across the English Channel.

Bride Valley Winery, founded by Steven Spurrier and his wife Bella in 1987, is a British winery that produces world-class sparkling wines and positions itself as a worthy competitor to Champagne. The unique chalky soils and similar climate to Champagne provide ideal conditions for growing classics. Steven Spurrier's impressive wine expertise and legacy, particularly his influence at the 1976 Judgment of Paris, shape Bride Valley wines. The 1976 Judgment of Paris was a historic blind tasting event in which Californian wines surprisingly outperformed prestigious French competitors, fundamentally changing the international recognition of Californian wines. This blind tasting was initiated by Steven Spurrier.
The tradition of quality and innovation continues, while Bride Valley, with its unique terroir conditions and wines full of character, has established itself firmly in the international wine world. After the death of Steven Spurrier, the company was taken over by his wife Bella. Together with a team of experts, the legendary Spurrier wines with and without bubbles are now grown on 10 hectares.
