The Lagencuvée Grosse Lagen 2020 presents itself in bright gold with greenish reflections, tempting and clear like the bright sunshine over the Rheinhessen vineyards.
An intense bouquet of juicy peaches and ripe citrus fruits rises to the nose. Nuances of white flowers and a hint of minerality give the wine an elegant sophistication.
A refreshing mouthfeel unfolds on the palate, accompanied by a balanced acid structure. The fruity explosion continues with aromas of green apples and a hint of honeydew melon.
The grapes for this single-vineyard cuvée were carefully harvested by hand and matured in stainless steel tanks. This pure expression of the terroir shows the masterful craftsmanship of the Salm winery.
