The Gackerwiese Secco shines in a vibrant rosé with pink reflections; the perlage is fine and persistent, settling clearly in the glass with a visibly effervescent texture. The color appears fresh, transparent, and promises light fruit, without an overpowering density in its appearance.
Fruity aromas of strawberry, sweet raspberry, and delicate redcurrant dominate on the nose. This sensation remains clear and true to the varietal, without excessive sweetness, supported by fresh fruit and the rosé's subtle spice, cleanly composed.
The focus here is on fruity freshness and light playfulness. The acidity blends with the residual sweetness to create a drinking flow like a mountain stream. The wine was matured semi-dry, which means that the fruity sweetness meets a sparkling freshness, also through the elegant perlage.

Since Claudia Dorn could walk, she had been working in her parents' vineyard. Growing up in the family business is something that shapes and bonds people. But as a young woman, you might not immediately see yourself following in your parents' footsteps, which is why she decided to train as a nurse. But it wasn't long before Claudia realized what she was missing: the sun, the fresh air, the smell of the wine cellar and the craftsmanship... The rest is history and the founding of her own Sterneisen winery was just a matter of time. Today, Claudia Dorn is one of the most exciting young winemakers on the wine scene.
