    Weinbeschreibung

Exotic citrus fruit with ripe apple.

The "Weißburgunder Hungerberg GG" 2021 presents itself in bright golden yellow, seductive and radiant in the glass, a foretaste of its inner brilliance.

The nose is dominated by fresh citrus notes, accompanied by exotic fruits and a hint of ripe apple. A harmonious blend of freshness and sweetness.

An elegant lightness unfolds in the mouth, accompanied by a creamy texture. The wine delights with fruity citrus aromas, fine nuttiness and a perfectly balanced acidity.

This special wine is made with dedication from hand-picked grapes and carefully matured in oak barrels. The unique combination of terroir and craftsmanship makes it a jewel of winemaking.

The VDP winery Jürgen Ellwanger can look back on a wine-growing tradition that is over 500 years old. With 26 hectares of vineyards, divided into various locations in Württemberg, the wines are particularly characterized by their unique terroir. The main grape varieties include Riesling, Lemberger and Trollinger.
