    Weinbeschreibung

    Ripe mango with vanilla sage.

Vibrant straw yellow with a golden shimmer, reminiscent of late summer sunlight. Clear and brilliant, with a delicate viscosity that slowly drips down the rim of the glass. A hue that immediately makes you crave the first sip and radiates Mediterranean warmth.

The nose reveals a complex mosaic of ripe mango, Japanese pear jam, and citrus freshness. These are complemented by subtle notes of vanilla cream, honey, lemon butter, and dried sage. A hint of flint and wax adds an elegant, almost aristocratic accent.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and silky, with a present, gripping acidity that keeps the wine lively. Juicy stone fruit and tropical notes combine with delicate spice, honeyed richness, and a fine bitter nuance. The finish is long, structured, and noble – a wine with backbone.

A blend from the best barrels of iconic Garganega grapes from Soave Classico. Volcanic soils lend minerality, while selective hand-picking and precise use of oak bring depth and structure. The result is a Soave that goes far beyond the ordinary.

    Inama

Northern Italian family tradition and modern methods at the Inama volcanic winery.

Inama Azienda Agricola was founded in the 1960s by Giuseppe Inama, who began acquiring small plots of land in the Soave Classico, a region known for its unique volcanic soils. Today the estate extends over 30 hectares and is run by the third generation of the Inama family. Giuseppe recognized early on the potential of the region to produce exceptional wines that impress with their mineral and floral character.

The winery now grows both red and white grape varieties. Originally known for its white Soave wines, Inama expanded its portfolio to include Sauvignon Blanc and, in the 1990s, red varieties such as Carmenère and Merlot. The family places great importance on caring for the vines and treating nature with respect in order to reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir in the wine. Today, the winery is run by son Stefano and grandchildren, Matteo, Luca and Alessio, who continue his vision with passion and a spirit of innovation.
