    The wine shimmers in a bright golden yellow with delicate reddish reflections. The clear, radiant color underlines the elegance of this Riesling and invites you to explore it further.

    Complex aromas of ripe yellow apple, pear and fine herbal notes unfold on the nose. Delicate nuances of caramel and a hint of mineral smokiness give the bouquet depth and structure.

    On the palate, the wine is wonderfully balanced: juicy, soft and yet lively with a harmonious acidity. The taste is characterized by notes of lemon oil, kumquat and a subtle herbal spice that lingers in the long finish.

    The Schwegler family controls the nutrition of the vines exclusively through the introduction of organic material, through species-rich sowing and a lot of manual work. This philosophy is consistently continued in the cellar: mostly made from natural wood, their wines are bottled untreated and unfined after a long barrel aging with minimal sulphur. With the 2019 vintage, they had their sustainable working methods in the vineyard, which they have been practicing for decades, certified.
