El Salvaje Orgánico Malbec
El Salvaje Orgánico Malbec

Red cherry counters with black leather tannin.
A dark ruby red with blue reflections.
On the nose it shows aromas of fresh, red fruits such as cherry and blackcurrant.
In the mouth it is mineral and refreshing. The aroma from the nose continues in the taste. Leather and plum are clearly perceptible. The tannins are nicely integrated and give the wine a good structure.
An expressive wine that draws its strength from the unique soil conditions of the Uco Valley. Each bottle creates a connection to the impressive landscape and the typical flora and fauna of the region.
Casa de Uco is a winery where you can immediately tell: it is 100% about quality, coupled with a clear philosophy.
We were looking for a special family winery in the Argentinian wine region of Mendoza. We found it in the Uco Valley. And how: a designer winery, a dream hotel, regional cuisine and outstanding wines. The young team led by winemaker Sebastian Bisole has a clear plan and an unshakable philosophy. Time Magazine has chosen Casa de Uco as one of the top 100 “The World's Greatest Places” in 2021. No more words needed...
